Delete Account & Data Rights
You can update profile information, notification preferences, region settings and saved activity in the app. You can request account export or deletion from Settings under Data Controls and Delete Account.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)
Open the Crednip mobile app $\rightarrow$ Navigate to **Account** $\rightarrow$ **Settings** $\rightarrow$ **Delete Account**. Confirm your request to initiate automatic profile and listing deletion.
Method 2: Email Request (Web Users)
If you cannot access the app, send an email to privacy@crednip.com from your registered phone number or email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Data Retention & Security Note
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain safety records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law or complete deletion requests. Some records may remain in backups or audit logs for a limited period. Account profiles, public listings, and saved searches are purged upon deletion. Audit logs, transaction safety records, and fraud prevention metadata may be retained for limited statutory periods as required under law.
