These terms explain how Crednip works, what members are responsible for and where the marketplace boundary sits.

1. Using Crednip
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and use the app only for lawful marketplace activity. You are responsible for the listings, messages, documents and offers you share.
2. Marketplace role
Crednip provides software for discovery, communication and trust signals. Any meeting, inspection, document check, payment, collateral decision or private agreement is handled directly between members outside the app.
3. Listings and offers
Listings must be truthful, current and related to assets or requests you are allowed to discuss. Offer amounts, durations, returns and meeting details are discussion inputs only until members independently agree otherwise.
4. Verification and trust signals
Identity verification, profile details, reviews and safety badges help members assess trust. They do not confirm asset ownership, asset value, repayment ability, legal title or the outcome of any private deal.
5. Prohibited activity
Do not use Crednip for fraud, impersonation, harassment, illegal lending, prohibited goods, false documents, spam, scraping, malware, payment collection scams or attempts to bypass safety controls.
6. Meetings and private agreements
Meet in safe public places, inspect assets carefully and use your own written agreements where needed. Crednip is not a party to private arrangements and does not provide legal, financial or recovery services.
7. Moderation
We may hide listings, restrict features, suspend accounts, remove content or preserve records when needed for safety, compliance, abuse prevention or platform integrity.
8. Fees and paid features
If paid features are introduced, prices, taxes, renewal terms and refund rules will be shown before purchase. Contact unlocks or promotions do not guarantee a response, meeting or completed deal.
9. Account closure
You may request account deletion from settings. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute handling, legal compliance, fraud prevention or audit purposes.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product, law or safety model changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
